Add find sources capability. Note: there is a slight risk here, as no sandbox or testcases page exists, but this change is identical to the one just implemented at Template:Primary sources and sandboxed and tested pretty exhaustively, so I'm confident of this change. If anyone notices anything, please just revert and/or ping me; thanks. The doc page sucks pretty badly, but I'll add a pointer to the other /doc page, since usage is identical (less the BLP param).
